They are a design oriented Architectural and Planning firm focusing on small to medium sized projects. The firm’s work includes custom residential architecture and interiors, historic renovations and additions, adaptive reuse, equestrian facilities, clubhouses, Greek and student housing, as well as commercial office buildings. They have extensive experience in both new construction and renovation projects.
Prior to the inception of Zaic & Associates, Architects, Randall Zaic had over 12 years of experience with both large and small architectural firms. With specialties including hospitality, general commercial, branch banking, manufacturing, office buildings as well as single and multifamily residential projects. This unique broad range of experience in the design and management of both large and small-scale projects with complex programmatic requirements enables him to provide clients with a level of expertise and management skills rarely found in a smaller firm.
